John Mayer is nothing but the TRUTH on this version of this famous Michael Jackson song!!! I just makes you sit back and reminisce of the days when Michael sang this song live and nailed it with the style and showmanship that only Mike can bring to the stage!!! I miss him so much…”tell them that it’s Human Nature…”

The background kinda overshadows his playing…I wish he had turned up the volume on his amp. But great!

this was a really classy performance. i remember seeing john mayer on larry king right after the whole ceremony was over and he talked about how he chose to give tribute through instrumental because he knew he couldn’t touch mj’s vocals. He made the right decision cuz this was a great and respectful tribute!

The interview John Mayer did after this made me a fan. I’ve always been partial to him.. some good songs.. some ok songs.. a lot sound the same to me, but he’s still very talented. But after this tribute he just talked about how he knows his vocals aren’t dynamic enough to really perform this song as it should be, so he stuck with only guitar. I think that was the best decision, and it’s breathtaking! Thank you John Mayer! RIP MJ<3

RIP Mucky Jackson. Drugs will always kill you in the end. Mawkish Mayer is a fitting act to reflect the horror of celebrity worship. A man with average talent puffed up by media attention and good PR. It is all so tacky, tasteless and tragic.

that’s ignorant.
I heard MJ died from a Viagra overdose when Jon and Kate asked him to come over and babysit

Why are you watching this if you can’t pay respect to the late MJ? Get the fuck out fool!
